Terms and Conditions

Before making your booking, please take the time to read and acknowledge the following important information. By booking online, signing our form, or making reservations via phone or email, you agree to our Booking Conditions, which represent the complete agreement between you and Glamour Adventures Travel Co., Ltd. You confirm that you are an adult with the legal authority to act on your own behalf and for any accompanying passengers. The services included in your booking are detailed in your confirmation. Please note that terms and conditions may change, and it is your responsibility to stay informed. Continued use of our services after any changes signifies your acceptance.

1-BROCHURE VALIDITY:

The prices are effective from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. After December 31, 2026, the prices are for reference only.

2-BOOKING STATUS

All services listed in the detailed itineraries will be booked once you approve and confirm the proposal. If any services can not be confirmed, we will quickly provide alternatives.

3-TOUR GUIDES

Unless you request a fully escorted tour, local guides will be assigned in destinations where a tour is booked.

4-HOTEL CHECK- IN AND CHECK - OUT

Check-in time at all hotels is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

5-ITINERARY

Flight times, hotels, and other services are subject to availability and may change unexpectedly. Glamour Adventures Travel will make every effort to minimize any disruptions, but such changes are often beyond our control.

6-FLEXIBILITY

You recognize that flexibility is essential for this type of travel. The itinerary provided outlines planned activities, but routes, schedules, amenities, and modes of transport may change without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.

7-FEEDBACK & ASSISTANCE

If you encounter any issues or find that a service or product does not meet your expectations during your holiday, please reach out to us right away for a chance to address the issue.

8-TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Clients must possess valid passports, travel insurance, visas, or permits at the start of their travels. It is the clients' responsibility to obtain and maintain these documents. Glamour Adventures Travel can assist with applications if requested but will not be held liable for any failure on the clients' part to secure the necessary documentation.

9-TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers with us, so please ensure your clients have adequate coverage. This insurance should include protection against personal accidents, death, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation, with a recommended minimum coverage of US$200,000 for each category.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their policy to ensure it offers sufficient coverage, including trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other important aspects. Changes in airline schedules, train timetables, or local conditions may affect accommodations and itineraries; Glamour Adventures Travel will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative.

10-ACTIVE ELEMENTS & ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Clients should be aware of the risks associated with international travel, comply with health requirements, and verify safety and security conditions in the countries they visit or transit. Adventure itineraries require a minimum level of fitness, and activities may include trekking, hiking, cycling, and traversing uneven terrain. Due to political, cultural, and geographical factors, the trip carries inherent personal risks. While we evaluate itinerary safety, you should also familiarize yourself with relevant travel information and acknowledge the personal risks involved. Hence, buying travel insurance is necessary to prevent risks during your trip.

11-AGE & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

While we can provide information on health requirements, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice at least two months prior to your trip.

If you fail to do so, resulting in denial of entry, injury, or death, we will not be held liable, and no refunds will be issued for any unused travel arrangements.

12-CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients must ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.

If a client fails to arrive on the scheduled tour date, Glamour Adventures Travel will consider this a cancellation by the client.

Clients agree to follow the instructions of the Glamour Adventures Travel team and indemnify the company against any loss or injury resulting from non-compliance.

Clients agree not to cause damage to accommodations; if damage occurs, they will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement.

13-LIABILITY

We act as agents for third-party providers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions to the fullest extent allowed by law.

14-PHOTOGRAPHY

During your program, Glamour Adventures Travel may capture photographs for promotional purposes. By booking with us, participants consent to the use of their images. If anyone prefers not to be included, they can notify their Tour Leader or Guide at the start of the itinerary.
