Cau Lau is unique to the town and made from local ingredients according to a secret recipe.
Quảng noodles are flat, chewy rice noodles often infused with turmeric. These are placed atop fresh ingredients and tossed with proteins including pork, chicken, shrimp, or quail eggs. A yummy ladle of broth is added.

The White Rose is one of the most famous specialties in Hoi An ancient town. It originated from Chinese dumplings, created by Chinese people who came to Hoi An to live and start a business.
Bánh xèo is a crispy, stuffed rice pancake popular in Vietnam. The name refers to the sound a thin layer of rice batter makes when it is poured into the hot skillet. It is a savoury fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder.
You will try more of Hoi An's local dishes, such as Bánh Căn, Nem Nướng, Hoành Thánh and Thịt Nướng, before ending with a cocktail or a draft beer.
