1 - TOUR PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

The tour price applies to payments made via Visa or MasterCard, with all applicable transaction fees already included.
Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer to the official Glamour Adventures company account.

Airfare Notes:

- The Airfare is subject to change, on a daily basis, without prior notice.

- To keep the Airfare price secure, it is advisable to pay for the Airfare in full, when paying the land tour deposit.

CHILD POLICY:

· Children under 2 years old: 10% of the adult tour package price
· Children aged 3 to 11 years: 85% of the adult tour package price
· Children 12 years and older: 100% of the tour package price (charged as an adult)

2-DEPOSIT & BALANCE

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the tour price (plus airfare) per person is required to confirm your booking (higher deposits may apply for certain trips).

The remaining balance is due 45 days before the departure date. If payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

For bookings made less than 30 days prior to departure, full payment is required immediately.

Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or credit card.

3-AMENDMENTS

Up to 21 days before departure, you can make three amendments per booking at no extra charge. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $50 per amendment.

4-CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees apply to all reservations that are canceled. The fee will be determined by the date Glamour Adventures Travel receives your written cancellation.

Cancellation fees are as follows:

More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit

30 days or less before departure: 100% of total booking cost

Glamour Adventures Travel Cancellation:

We may cancel a trip due to external factors (e.g., terrorism, natural disasters). If we cancel, you can either transfer your payments to a different date or receive a full refund (minus any bank transfer fees or third-party charges). Refunds in these cases will be adjusted for unrecoverable costs. We are not liable for incidental expenses, so we recommend considering travel insurance for coverage in such situations.

5-CLAIMS & REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchanges will be provided for unused accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services. Claims must be submitted in writing to Glamour Adventures Travel within 30 days of the program's conclusion, along with supporting documentation. Any adjustments will be based on the actual cost of services, not on a per diem basis. Claims received after 30 days will not be accepted.
