DAY 1. Hanoi Arrival -

Welcome to Hanoi, Vietnam!

• Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport, retrieve your luggage and proceed to the arrival gate. Look out for our guide or driver, who will be holding a sign with your name on it. In case of any difficulty finding him, you're welcome to reach out to us via call or WhatsApp at …… for immediate assistance.

• We will provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel located in the heart of Hanoi. After checking in, the remainder of the day is yours to relax or begin exploring the vibrant city.

• Known for its centuries-old architecture and rich culture with Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French influences, Hanoi is the spirited capital city of Vietnam. It's also famous for its delectable cuisine, silk textiles, and bustling Old Quarter, where the narrow streets are roughly arranged by trade.

DAY 2. Real Estate Survey – East Hanoi: Gia Lam – Vinhomes Ocean Park – Ecopark B, L

After breakfast, cross Vinh Tuy Bridge and head towards Vinhomes Ocean Park in Gia Lam District, one of the largest and most modern urban developments in East Hanoi. Begin the site visit with Ocean Park Phase 1, featuring high-rise apartment complexes surrounded by parks and recreational spaces. Continue exploring the area's villas, townhouses, and shophouses, which offer diverse investment opportunities. Don't miss the highlight amenities such as the artificial beach, Mega Mall, and international-standard schools, all contributing to a self-contained urban lifestyle.

Enjoy lunch at a popular restaurant Afternoon

After lunch, transfer to Ecopark in Van Giang, Hung Yen—a green urban township known for its eco-friendly planning and sustainable living model. Take a guided tour of the eco-residential zones, including modern apartments, spacious villas, and extensive green landscapes with walkways, parks, and lakeside areas designed for a high-quality lifestyle.

Return to Hanoi in the early evening for rest and optional leisure time.

DAY 3. Real Estate Survey – South & Southwest Hanoi: Linh Dam, The Manor, Ha Dong B, L

Begin the day with a visit to The Manor Central Park, a large-scale, mixed-use development by Bitexco Group, strategically located along Nguyen Xien Street. This modern urban area integrates residential, commercial, and office spaces, featuring well-planned infrastructure and luxury amenities. Following this, explore the Linh Dam and Dinh Cong neighborhoods—well-established residential zones offering a range of mid-end apartments and townhouses with good rental potential and access to ring roads.

Have lunch at a well-known local restaurant 

Continue the survey in Ha Dong District, a rapidly growing area attracting both local buyers and investors. Visit Duong Noi Urban Area, developed by Nam Cuong Group, and explore ongoing projects including villas and commercial shop-houses. Then proceed to ParkCity Hanoi, a high-end residential township inspired by Singapore’s urban model, with modern villas, green spaces, and international-standard amenities. If interested, schedule a short meeting with local agents for detailed updates on available units, pricing, and legal procedures.

Have dinner at restaurant

Wrap up the day with leisure activities such as shopping or dining at Royal City Mega Mall or Aeon Mall Ha Dong. Return to your hotel in central Hanoi for the night.

DAY 4. Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An – Mua Cave full day tour B, L

• Breakfast at your hotel.

• At 8:00AM, Our guide and driver pick you up from your hotel for a journey to Ninh Binh.

• Upon arrival, visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu. Explore the historic Dinh and Le Temples, dedicated to Emperor Dinh Tien Hoang and Emperor Le Dai Hanh, respectively. These temples showcase traditional Vietnamese architecture and offer a glimpse into Vietnam’s rich imperial past.

• Have lunch at a local restaurant.

• Visit UNESCO-listed Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex. Here, you'll embark on a mesmerizing boat ride, gliding through crystal-clear waters flanked by towering limestone karsts and lush vegetation. This journey through Trang An’s caves and grottoes offers not only a visual feast but also a serene escape into the heart of Vietnam's natural beauty.

Get back to the car then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here

• Transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi.

DAY 5. Hanoi - Halong Bay B, L, D

• 08:00 – 08:30 La Regina Classic Cruise Pick up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter
• 12:15 Check-in aboard with a welcome drink from crew member while the manager introduces the safety briefing and the boat cruises to the Bai Tu Long Bay.
• 13:15 Let your vacation start with a delicious lunch in the restaurant.
• 15:30 Discover Thien Canh Son cave located on top of mountain, containing the long history of geological value and natural beauty. Recommend you bring camera and wear sport shoes for hiking.
• 17:30 Enjoy your time with the beautiful sunset on the bay and join “Happy Hour”
• 18:00 Cooking class on sundeck with the Deep Fried Spring rolls, one of the unique flavor of Vietnamese food.
• 19:30 Dinner will be served on sundeck or restaurant.
• 21:00 Feel free to relax on boat, join Squid fishing at the area of Reception deck.

DAY 6. Halong Bay - Hanoi B, L

• 06:30 Start your day with the Taichi on sundeck.
• 07:00 Light breakfast serve in dining room.
• 07:45 Visiting Vung Vieng floating fishing village, one of the biggest villages in HaLong Bay, you will have the chance to learn about fishermen's living and feel free with some option activities: bamboo boat or kayaking.
• 09:00 Back to the main boat for relaxing and check out at the reception, please put all your luggage at the outside of your cabin door, crew member will help to bring luggage on land.
• 09:45 Brunch is served in the restaurant while the boat heads back to the harbor.
• 11:00 Disembark at the harbor. Transfer to Ha Noi city
