The Angkor Discovery tour is designed for you to explore Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage comfortably over four days, visiting its most stunning historical sites while staying in top hotels.
Your journey begins at Angkor Wat, a 12th-century masterpiece of Khmer architecture, renowned for its intricate carvings and bas-reliefs depicting Hindu mythology.
You’ll also explore early Angkor temples from 893 AD, experiencing the origins of Cambodia’s religious culture, followed by the impressive walled city of Angkor Thom with its ornate stone gates and carvings.
Next, visit Banteay Srey, one of the oldest temples (967 AD), famous for its exquisite preservation and detailed artwork.
On the final day, you’ll visit a traditional floating village on Tonle Sap Lake, Asia’s largest freshwater lake, before some last-minute shopping and a transfer to the airport, concluding your unforgettable experience.

DAY 1. Arrival & Temple Visits L

Upon your arrival at Siem Reap Airport, we will welcome you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.

After you refresh, we will visit several renowned temples in Siem Reap, including East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Panan, Preah Khan, and Pre Rup.

East Mebon, a 10th-century temple, was built during King Rajendravarman's reign and originally stood on an artificial island in the now-dry East Baray reservoir. Ta Som, constructed in the late 12th century for King Jayavarman VII, is a small temple located northeast of Angkor Thom. Neak Panan, an artificial island temple in Preah Khan Baray, also dates back to Jayavarman VII's reign. Preah Khan, known for its towers and corridors, is in good condition due to ongoing restoration efforts. Pre Rup, dedicated in 961 or early 962, served as the state temple for King Rajendravarman and is built from a mix of brick, laterite, and sandstone.

DAY 2. Explore Angkor B, L, D

The morning begins with a visit to Angkor Thom, the ancient capital of the Khmer Empire, where you can explore significant structures like the Bayon Temple, Baphuon, Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Next, you'll visit Ta Prohm, known for its unique architecture and the trees that intertwine with its ruins. It's a stunning sight and a favorite among visitors.

Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant featuring local cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will visit Angkor Wat, the most famous temple complex in Angkor, renowned for its intricate design and grandeur. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the central temple, outer walls, and surrounding moat.

In the evening, savor a buffet dinner while watching a Khmer Traditional Dance Show at a local restaurant, a great way to experience local culture and entertainment.

DAY 3. Visit Beng Mealea -

At 8:00 AM, we will drive out of the city to Koh Ker, which is 127 km northeast of Siem Reap and takes about 1.5 hours to reach. Koh Ker, the capital of the Angkorian Empire from AD 928 to 944, is now a remote temple complex deep in the jungle.

You’ll explore the 10th-century Koh Ker Temple, known for its seven-tiered pyramid and surrounding water tank, Rahal Baray. The red temple, Prasat Krahom, features impressive sandstone carvings, while Prasat Pram is covered in strangler figs.

At 9:30 AM, we’ll start at Prasat Krahom, where you can admire the intricate stone carvings. The main monument, Prasat Thom, is a large sandstone pyramid offering breathtaking views of the forest.

At 10:30 AM, we’ll return to Siem Reap, stopping at the famous temples Prasat Neang Khmaw and Prasat Pram along the way. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant near Beng Mealea temple.

At 1:30 PM, we’ll explore Beng Mealea, a temple that has remained largely untouched by modern society. This 12th-century temple, built under Suryavarman II, is surrounded by a large moat and offers a unique adventure as nature has reclaimed the site.

At 3:30 PM, we’ll leave Beng Mealea for our final visit of the day, Banteay Srei.

At 4:30 PM, you’ll arrive at Banteay Srei, often called the "gem" of Angkor. This small but intricately carved temple, dedicated to Shiva, showcases some of the finest examples of Khmer art and is known for its pinkish stone.

DAY 4. Visit Tonle Sap Lake & Departure B

After breakfast at the hotel, we will visit Angkor National Museum at 7:30 AM. This museum is dedicated to preserving and presenting Angkorian artifacts and educating visitors about Khmer civilization, with collections primarily from the Angkor period (9th to 14th century).

Next, enjoy a boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, one of Asia's largest lakes. Experience a brief cruise past floating villages that include schools, restaurants, and hospitals.

After leaving the lake, we’ll visit Artisan D'Angkor, a local carving art school, followed by Wat Thmei, where you can see a memorial stupa containing the remains of victims from the Khmer Rouge regime.

Finally, we’ll transfer you to Siem Reap Airport for your departure flight
